CHAPTER 35
BALL GAMES AND PARTY GAMES - PART 2
SATURDAY JULY 25th
<7:30am>
It was 7:30 when Logan left with his mother, Susan, for the Lake City Athletic Complex. As soon as Susan parked the car, he hopped out, grabbed his bat and glove, and raced to Field #3 where he arrived at 7:50, making him ten minutes early for the big postseason game against the Tukwila Titans.
Six of the thirteen Stampeders were standing in front of the third base dugout with Coach Strong. Logan saw Madison and walked over to him. Madison was holding his hat at his side, his unruly blue hair glistening in the morning sun.
“Good morning, Madison”
“Hey, Logan. Ready for a big win today?”
“You know it.”
Bailey joined the two of them and a couple of minutes later all 13 players were standing with the coach ready for their instructions. One of the players on the roster was unable to play because of a family vacation trip planned long before the season began. Fortunately, he wasn’t a pitcher because the Stampeders might need every pitching arm on the roster if they ended up playing the maximum number of games, which was six. It would take a minimum of four games to win the playoff tournament.
Coach Strong quickly reminded the team of the pregame plan and the players headed to left field to warm up their arms. Logan and Madison were warmup partners. After warmups came infield practice. The Tukwila Titans took the field first and the Stampeders finished just before the umpires called the coaches to the pregame meeting at home plate.
<8:15 am>
Walker had spent the night with his friend Christian and had missed the four-way suck-and-fuck between Pierce, Drake, Chase, and Dillon. Dillon had screamed in ecstasy as Drake treated his boy cunt to almost seven inches of raging hard cock - Dillon had literally bounced on the bed as Drake pummeled him. At the same time Pierce and Chase’s cocks made Drake gag as they spurted their combined loads into his mouth. And that was just the beginning.
Walker returned home at 9:00am and the sound of the garage door woke Drake and Dillon. Chase and Pierce were still sound asleep, but their boyfriends soon awakened them.
The four boys climbed out of bed sporting rock hard morning wood. Pierce faced Drake and kissed him passionately while at the same time stroking Drake’s thick upcurved erection. Chase faced Dillon and kissed him on the lips. Dillon’s cock was so hard it was pressed against his belly - Chase got his hand around it and gently stroked his boyfriend.
“Good morning to you,” Pierce murmured as he kissed Drake again.
“Holy fuck, what a night,” Chase whispered. He kissed Dillon again. “I love you so much.”
“I love you too, but I gotta get this dried cum washed off me,” Dillon said. “It’s getting kinda gross.”
“I’m with you, Dillon,” Drake agreed. “Shower time.”
Pierce turned on the water, adjusted the temperature, and the four teens climbed in.
“I gotta pee bad,” Chase said.
“Go for it,” Dillon replied. He was used to Chase’s tendency toward pissing in the shower and, more often than not, pissing on Dillon. In the end, all four boys drained their bladders before soaping up each other’s bodies.
Pierce ran his hands over his boyfriend’s wet, muscular body which got Drake raging hard again. Dillon knelt in front of Drake, cradled his balls in his right hand, and took as much of Drake’s length and thickness as he could into his mouth. Almost immediately Drake gasped “Holy fuck!” and began to spurt. Dillon took as much of Drake’s load as he could but there was just too much of it. Dillon stood up with cum drooling from his mouth and chin.
“Now I know who it was,” he said. “I knew I had two cocks in my mouth last night, but I had my eyes closed. I knew one of them belonged to my boyfriend. But I didn’t know who the other cock belonged to.
“And then there was the one that was up my ass, and I didn’t open my eyes to look at it either. I’ve had Chase’s cock in my mouth many times - I know what it feels like and what it tastes like. But I wasn’t sure about the second one - until I sucked this one.” Dillon stroked Drake’s still-dripping cock. “Now I know who it was. Talk about a triple play.”
Chase kissed his boyfriend. “And you loved every minute of it. I know because you kept asking for more.”
“Yep, you’re right, I loved it.”
“Why the fuck didn’t you look at who was doing what to you?” Drake asked.
“Because I didn’t want to,” Dillon replied. “I was totally into how it all felt and I didn’t care how it looked.”
“I guess I can’t ask for a better answer than that.”
The four boys climbed out of the shower and toweled off. Dillon grabbed the mouthwash and rinsed his mouth. Drake grabbed the Axe and smeared some in both armpits. Pierce grabbed Drake, kissed him, pressed him against the wall, raised both his arms, and licked and kissed his starting-to-get-hairy armpits.
“Why bother with the Axe, dude,” he chided. “You’re just gonna rinse that shit off as soon as you get in the pool.”
Drake shrugged. “Yeah, I guess you’re right,” he admitted. “It’s just a habit with me.”
“I just got a text from my dad,” Chase said. “He and Curt and Eddie are on their way over here to pick me up and take me to Logan’s game at the Lake City Complex. I gotta grab some fast breakfast.”
“Coolio,” Dillon said. “We’ll get the sheets washed while you’re gone.”
“Not that they need it or anything,” Pierce laughed.
The boys slipped on their Speedos and headed downstairs to say good morning to Walker and rustle up some breakfast.
Chase wolfed down a quick bowl of cereal and was downing a croissant as Troy stopped in front of the house. He kissed his boyfriend, quickly pulled on a t-shirt, and dashed out to the van and joined Eddie and Curt. Troy got them to the Lake City Complex just minutes ahead of the first pitch between the Stampeders and the Tukwila Titans.
Logan was thrilled to see his father, along with Chase, Eddie, and Curt taking seats in the bleachers behind the third base dugout next to Susan. He wasn’t surprised that Chase hadn’t worn anything over his Speedo. He knew his brothers were going to the big Magnolia Madness party at Pierce’s house and was delighted to see them at his game. They had said they were going to be coming to the game, but as Logan was learning you judged people by their actions, not their words. Since Chase spent the night at Pierce’s that lent an air of doubt. While he was ninety-nine percent certain they would be at the game along with their dad, it was nice to have the one percent bit of doubt wiped out. The Miller brothers always come through.
Marv Grisham, the Titan captain called the flip. He called heads and it came up heads. “We’ll take the hammer,” Marv told the ump. That was one of the last things that went well for the Titans.
The Stampeders came out with a vengeance, scoring three runs in the top of the first with Bailey’s bases loaded double being the big hit. In the bottom of the first Logan got the leadoff hitter to ground out to second, struck out the next batter on three pitches, and finished it off when the Titan number three hitter flied out to Madison in right. Logan needed only seven pitches to get through the inning. Coach Strong and Coach LaRoche, his assistant, had a quick discussion about what to do with Logan if the Stampeders added to the lead in the second.
It was good they had made a decision since the top of the second all but decided the game when the Stampeders scored five runs to give them an 8-0 lead. The big blast in that inning was a three-run homer by Logan. When the score reached 5-0, Bryce Clark was told to warm up with Steve King, the backup catcher. Bryce was the number four pitcher on the coaches’ depth chart. After Logan’s home run, their decision was etched in stone.
At the end of the inning, Coach Strong sent Logan to second base replacing Alejandro Munoz, and brought Bryce Clark in to pitch. Steve King replaced Bud Graham at catcher. The idea was to have Logan, who was their co-ace, available to pitch on Sunday provided the Stampeders didn’t blow their big lead.
They didn’t. The score was 12-1 at the end of the fifth and the mercy rule was invoked, which meant the Stampeders were the winners. Their next game would be at 4:30 against the team that won the losers’ bracket.
It would be Game 1 of the best-of-three championship series. The other game (or two if a third game was needed) would be the next day.
After the obligatory handshakes and the meeting with the coaches, the players picked up their gear and headed for their rides. Madison went with Logan since he would be spending the rest of the day as well as overnight with Logan. On the way to Susan’s car, they were stopped by Chase, Eddie, and Curt who congratulated the two.
Chase gave Logan a special hug. “Win the championship and you can pick the place,” he whispered.
“You mean to…?”
“Yes.”
Logan and Madison headed for Susan’s car. Logan told Madison he’d tell him later what the whispering was about. The older Miller brothers hopped into Troy’s van. Troy drove to the Bledsoe house to drop Chase off and then turned back to the Miller house where they would meet the rest of the Magnolia Madness partiers
<11:00am>
Pierce and Drake were in the back yard engaged in a challenging game of Cornhole with Chase and Dillon while Walker was sitting on the front porch enjoying a cup of coffee. Just then Vance and Cable Preston of Aurora Catering pulled up in front of the house. Vance was 32, bisexual, and the owner of the catering firm - Cable was 27, gay, and his younger brother.
Cable’s “day job” was as a heavy equipment operator for one of the large Seattle road construction firms but he sometimes helped his brother with weekend catering jobs. He was also a dedicated weightlifter, 6’2” 190 pounds, with a buzz cut and a well-developed chest. Cable was known throughout the gay community as a great dancer and was married to a stunning 25-year-old, blue-eyed blond named Shaun. Had it been possible to advance the calendar 10 years, one would find Pierce, at age 25, looking for all the world like today’s Shaun. Vance and Cable got out of the truck and came up on the porch.
“Morning, Walker,” Vance greeted. “Man, you sure picked a beautiful day for a party.”
“Morning, Vance - morning Cable,” Walker replied. “Actually, Cable picked the day because Pierce and Drake insisted he be here and today was a day he could make it. But yeah, it’s going to be great. Temp is going to push 90.”
“We’ve got the dart machine and the roller grill for the hot dogs in the truck along with some other stuff,” Vance said. “Is there a way we can get it all into your back yard without going through the house?”
Walker nodded. “Yup - let me open the gate for you.”
Walker got the gate opened and Vance and Cable carried the dart game to the back yard and into the gazebo where Walker helped them set the machine in a corner. Vance plugged it in and powered it up.
Pierce and Drake had seen the men carrying the dart machine into the gazebo and couldn’t pass up an opportunity to greet them. Chase and Dillon joined them in the gazebo.
“Morning Vance - morning Cable,” Pierce said as he shook hands with both men. “You remember my boyfriend, Drake. These are our friends Chase and his boyfriend Dillon.”
“Morning, guys,” Vance and Cable said in unison.
“Didn’t know you were bringing a dart game,” Pierce said enthusiastically. “This is awesome.”
“Credit your dad,” Cable said. “It was his idea.”
“Eddie will go apeshit when he sees this,” Chase said. “He loves darts - he and I play at home all the time. We’ll for sure play some Cricket.”
“Looks just like the ones in the bars,” Walker commented.
“We got it from one of the vending companies downtown,” Cable said as he set the toe line eight feet from the machine. “It’s not the newest, snazziest model but it works perfectly and has all the games on it.”
“It’s going to go over big,” Walker said. “You guys make yourselves at home - grab a drink from the fridge if you want. If you need any help, holler. I gotta go check the chemicals in the pool water.”
“And we gotta get back to our Cornhole match,” Drake said.
Cable got the dart machine set up and tested it. Then he and Vance brought the roller grill into the back yard and set it up on the counter. Cable also brought in his speaker system - he would be providing music for the party. After closing the gate, they sat on the upper deck drinking lemonade and watching Pierce and Drake take on Chase and Dillon in a game of Cornhole.
“Damn, Walker’s son Pierce is a beautiful kid,” Cable said. “He’s going to look like Shaun someday.”
“Yes, he is,” Vance replied. “And like you said, he’s a KID. Don’t forget, fifteen’ll get you thirty.”
Cable smiled and nodded knowingly. “Yeah, yeah, yeah - I got your drift. I know how old he is and I know how old he isn’t. But I can look all I want.”
“Nothing wrong with looking,” Vance agreed. “I like the dark-haired boyfriend myself. What’s his name again? Derek? That kid’s hotter than a half-fucked fox in a forest fire.”
Cable couldn’t help laughing. “Nice talk, Vance,” he said a bit sarcastically.
“Well, he is,” Vance said defensively. “Kid’s got a beautiful body - and based on what I remember from being here last May, he’s got some nice equipment stashed away in those speedos. Once they start skinny-dipping, my memory will be confirmed.”
“I agree with you on that - and his name’s Drake, not Derek. Pierce told me he does a lot of running and biking - especially running. He’s on the track team at Lake Washington High.”
“Well, I got the “D” and the “R” and the “K” and the “E” right,” Vance chuckled. “It figures on the running and biking - the kid’s got great muscular legs. And if those speedos were any tighter, you’d be able to see the veins on his balls. Who did Pierce say the other two guys are?”
“Vance, if you hadn’t been so fucking busy ogling Drake’s package, you’d remember their names.”
“Yeah, yeah, yeah. So, what are their names?”
“The taller one is Chase - Pierce told me he’s 15,” Cable replied. “The other one is Dillon. Couple of cuties for sure.”
“And as far as the looks department goes,” Cable added, “for an older guy, Walker’s no slouch either.”
“Can’t argue with you on that.”
Pierce had seen Cable bringing his speaker setup into the yard and he was interested in the music Cable would play. He went up on the upper deck and talked with Cable about it.
“Hey Cable - what tunes will you be playing?”
“Some dance music CD’s I got from a friend that DJ’s at one of the clubs downtown,” Cable said. “The songs are all just mixed together back-to-back.”
“Whatever you play, Drake and I want to dance.”
“You’ll be able to dance to this stuff,” Cable assured him. He felt his cock swell as he took in Pierce’s glowing blue eyes.
“Works for us.” Pierce offered Cable a fist bump.
“Is the kid with the blue hair and blue toenails going to be here?” Cable asked.
“No. That was Madison,” Pierce replied. “He’s a lot of fun but he’s only eleven. This party is just for older dudes.”
“Gotcha,” Cable said. He couldn’t help chuckling to himself when he heard Pierce talk about “just older dudes”. “I’ll play some tunes a little later after we eat.”
Meanwhile, at the Miller house, Keegan had joined Troy earlier that morning to help get six constantly-chattering-and-texting, scantily-clad teenage boys loaded into Troy’s Town and Country van. All six teens were wearing Mariners caps. Always the rebel, Eddie was wearing his Mariners cap backwards along with blue mirror sunglasses and blue Speedos - Curt was wearing red Speedos. Trajan, Levi, Nathan, and John were all wearing Under Armour swim briefs of various colors. Nobody had failed to notice that John was sporting a very nice bulge in the pouch of his white briefs. The Vipers had lost their game against the Monroe Royals Tuesday night - Eddie and Curt were disappointed with the loss but glad they were now able to attend the party.
Levi had stayed with Trajan at the DeLuca house Friday night. Marne drove the boys to the Miller house while Nathan and John rode their bikes. They were due at the party at 1:00pm but a seemingly endless series of glitches and delays had left them running fifteen minutes late. The procedure of getting to Walker’s house was again being briefly delayed, this time by Eddie.
“Shit, I left my phone in the kitchen,” he griped.
“Well, go get the fuckin’ thing and get back out here,” Curt commanded impatiently. “We’re running late!” Curt’s remark to his brother drew a chuckle from Nathan and John and a shake of his head from Troy, who made a mental note to talk with Curt about the use of expletives; as in when and when not to use them.
“Aw chill out, Curt,” Eddie retorted as he rushed back into the house. Less than half a minute later he was back, had piled into the van, and they were on their way. Troy had texted Walker to expect them shortly.
“I’m really looking forward to this,” John said.
“You’ll love it,” Nathan promised. “And don’t forget you don’t have to get naked if you don’t want to.”
John groped himself. “No problem - I’m ready to get naked now.”
“Chase told me this party is gonna be beyond awesome,” Trajan remarked as Troy pulled into Walker’s driveway.
“If it’s anything like the Fourth of July party, it’ll be double-beyond awesome,” Levi added as he and Trajan shared a kiss on the lips. “You can toss me into the pool again if you want.”
<1:20pm>
“Curt, I know you were upset that we were running late,” Troy said quietly but with a tone of severity.
“But I want you to watch your language when we’re in front of friends or guests.”
“I’m sorry, dad,” Curt said. “I kinda lost it. I’ll watch it.”
Curt almost said, “Well, Chase and Eddie talk that way.” However, he knew a flimsy excuse like that would never fly and using it might piss his dad off even more and get him put on some kind of restriction so he just offered a simple apology.
With Eddie leading the way, they made their way through Walker’s house and out the sliding door onto the deck. Drake, Pierce, Chase, and Dillon were wrapping up their game of Cornhole.
John Keene’s eyes widened as he came out on the deck and took in Walker’s backyard. The upper level consisted of a deck off the kitchen with potted plants, an umbrella table, and several patio chairs. Six steps down was the lower level consisting of the pool and pool deck, a large umbrella-covered patio table, the hot tub, the outdoor kitchen, the firepit, the gazebo, and the glass enclosed showers all surrounded by a fenced-in, landscaped yard. At night the entire area was lit by computer-controlled multi-colored LED lighting.
“Party animals are here!” Eddie hollered. Drake, Pierce, Chase, and Dillon came up on the deck to meet them. There was much hugging, kissing, and fist bumping as the group of friends greeted each other. Pierce especially wanted to welcome John since he had never been to the Bledsoe house.
“Greetings, John,” he said. “Thanks for being here.”
“Thanks for inviting me,” John replied as he and Pierce shared a tight hug. “Damn, dude, this is an awesome yard! I feel a major party coming on.”
Pierce introduced John to his dad and made sure all other introductions had been taken care of. “Ok, let’s hit the pool,” he said. “First thing we gotta do is hit the showers and get a good rinse off. Follow me.”
Pierce led the way down to the lower level, over to the glass-enclosed shower room, and explained what was going to happen.
“We all get in the shower room and get naked. There’s hooks on the walls for your Speedos and your cap if you’re wearing one. The shower water isn’t real warm - just a little warmer than the pool water. We all get rinsed off then we all run out of the shower room together, run around the pool hollering “MAGNOLIA MADNESS”, then we all jump in the pool at once. Any questions?”
“What if I happen to bone up while I’m in the shower?” Chase asked with a huge smirk on his face.
“All I can say is if you’ve got it, flaunt it.”
Pierce went into the shower room, stripped naked, and turned on the showers. He was followed by the other nine boys who immediately stripped naked and hung their swimwear on the hooks provided. After several sly gropes, strokes, feel-ups, and a thorough rinse-off, the ten now-naked teens charged out of the shower room, ran around the pool hollering “MAGNOLIA MADNESS!”, and cannonballed into the water with a mighty splash. During the run around the pool, there were no full boners on display but a few wagging semi’s were evident. A round of applause came from the upper deck as Walker, Troy, Keegan, Vance, and Cable enjoyed the display of naked teen beauty.
----------
While the boys got rinsed off and hit the pool, Troy and Keegan greeted Walker and renewed their acquaintance with Vance and Cable. Walker went into the gazebo to make sure the TV was tuned to the Mariners broadcast. Cable hollered to the boys that there were buckets of boneless chicken chunks on the counter for them to snack on until it was time to eat.
“Did Susan tell you about the girls-night-out party she’s having at our house today?” Troy asked Walker as he came back up on the upper deck.
“Nope - news to me,” Walker replied.
“Actually, it’s not a night-out party - more like an afternoon-out party. She’s having Natalie, Marne DeLuca, and Arlene Hanson over to our house later this afternoon for a get-together. She told me that if the boys could do it, the girls could do it.”
“There probably won’t be quite as much nudity there as there is here,” Keegan chuckled.
“I’m sure of that,” Troy agreed. “But I’ve got a feeling a lot of the conversation there will be about all the naked boys here. She wanted to invite Trajan’s mom also - but she won’t be moving to Seattle for a few days.”
“What’s on their menu?” Keegan asked.
“She said they’re going to have cake, ice cream, and lemonade.”
“Sounds good. What’s on our menu today?”
“We’re keeping it simple and old-school,” Vance replied. “Classic hamburgers and Chicago hot dogs with all the fixings.”
“That’s great,” Keegan said. “I can’t remember when I last had a Chicago hot dog.”
“We’ve got the all-beef hot dogs - and the buns with poppy seeds on them,” Cable said. “You can’t have Chicago hot dogs without poppy seed buns.”
“Isn’t there some kind of so-called official list of toppings that go on a Chicago dog?” Walker asked.
“Yes, and we have them all,” Vance said. “Mustard, ketchup, pickle slices, diced onions, sweet relish, diced tomatoes, lettuce, diced green peppers, and celery salt. And all those toppings, along with cheese, will be available for the burgers, too. Oh, and by the way, in Chicago you NEVER put ketchup on a hot dog. It’s here for the hamburgers.”
----------
After a half hour of dunking, ass grabbing, and general horsing around in the pool, Eddie swam over to the ladder. “I’m gonna go in the gazebo and check the score of the Mariner game,” he said as he climbed out of the pool. His five-inch stiffy proved that there was more than just swimming going on in the pool.
Eddie had not yet had a chance to check out Walker’s gazebo. The Millers had a dart board hanging on the wall in their rec room and Eddie and Chase were the most frequent players. When Eddie saw the genuine, electronic, same-kind-that-they-have-in-bars dart machine that Vance and Cable had brought to the party, he was beside himself.
“Holy shit, a real dart machine!” Eddie exclaimed gleefully as he walked into the gazebo. “This is sick!” Eddie had seen and played the electronic dart machine at one of the local pizza parlors, but it only had the “01” games on it. Eddie called up the menu on Vance’s machine and found it had all the Cricket games as well as “Count Up”, “Tic Tac Toe”, and “Bermuda Triangle”.
“Hey, Chase,” Eddie hollered. “There’s a for-real dart machine in here and it has Cricket on it. Grab some darts, bro - I’m gonna whip your ass at Cricket.”
“Ok - we’ll do it in a little while,” Chase hollered from the pool. “What’s the score?”
“Nothing, nothing, end of the second,” Eddie hollered back. Just then he saw Cable and Vance coming into the gazebo. In the space of about one second, Eddie had three thoughts: he remembered he was naked, he remembered he had a stiffy, and he decided not to worry about either.
“This is ultra cool!” Eddie raved. “Did you guys bring this machine?”
“We sure did.”
“Awesome. My brother’s going to get his ass kicked at Cricket!” Eddie turned and jumped back into the pool.
“Nice stiffy on that kid,” Cable said with a wink.
“Shit,” Vance said. “At his age all it takes is a Spring breeze.”
----------
The boys had decided to take a break from swimming and games and were all lying around the pool deck on lawn chairs and chaise lounges.
“I heard them say on TV that tomorrow’s Mariners/Dodgers game will be on ESPN Sunday night baseball,” Eddie said.
“Hmmm - so that means it’ll be on at 4:00pm tomorrow afternoon,” Drake pointed out. “It’s on at 7:00pm on the east coast so that means 4:00pm for us out here in the PNW.”
“You are correct, A.K.O.,” Pierce said with a smile.
“Ok, I give,” Eddie said after a moment’s thought. “What’s A.K.O.?”
“All Knowing One,” Pierce said with a grin.
Eddie looked puzzled. “How do you get A.K.O. out of that?”
“Well, the word ‘knowing’ does begin with a ‘K’,” Pierce explained. Chase and Dillon were both smiling.
“Oh,” Eddie admitted. “I get it.”
Curt laughed out loud. “You have to forgive Eddie - his brains didn’t quite jell.”
“Hey - up yours!” Eddie retorted as he gave Curt the finger. He jumped up as if ready to start a fight even though there was just a hint of a grin on his face.
“Go get him, Curt!” Chase laughed.
Curt jumped up and chased Eddie around the pool, both boys naked and laughing hysterically, until they finally jumped into the water all the while enthusiastically giving each other the finger.
All the boys were roaring with laughter, particularly John Keene. “That’s the funniest thing I’ve ever seen,” John gasped. He couldn’t stop laughing.
“Well, don’t forget you laugh at old Three Stooges movies, too,” Nathan said dryly.
John nodded. “I know - guilty as charged.” He still couldn’t stop laughing.
----------
While everybody was laughing at Eddie and Curt, Trajan and Levi slipped into the guest bedroom. Trajan hugged and kissed Levi and fondled his rapidly hardening cock.
“I want to tell the guys that I love you and that we’re boyfriends.”
“Do you think we should?” Levi asked. He sounded a little doubtful as he reached to hold Trajan’s hand.
“I’m sure it would be OK. I know they’d all be happy for us especially the other guys that are boyfriends like Drake and Pierce and Chase and Dillon.”
“When should we tell them?”
“I don’t know,” Trajan said. “We’ll try to pick a good moment. I want you with me and holding my hand when we tell them.”
Levi hugged Trajan tightly. He had tears of happiness in his eyes. “I love you so much.”
Trajan gently led Levi to the bed - both boys were hard as a rock. Without saying a word, they lay together in a sixty-nine and shared a rewarding blowjob. Then they heard Troy hollering.
3:00pm
Walker, Troy, and Keegan had spent some time in the pool and were now involved in a rousing game of “301” on the dart machine while Nathan, John, Eddie, and Curt were playing Cornhole. Drake, Pierce, Chase, and Dillon were lounging in the hot tub allowing their hands to roam over their bodies. Trajan and Levi were still in the guest bedroom.
The Mariners game was tied 5-5 in the bottom of the eighth inning with one out. Troy had been keeping an eye on the telecast of the game and suddenly noticed that the Dodger pitcher had walked the bases loaded and Marty Carlson was coming to the plate.
“Hey, guys,” Troy hollered loudly. “Game tied, bases loaded, bottom of the eighth, Marty up to bat. We gotta watch this.”
Troy’s announcement immediately got all the boys, even Trajan and Levi, scrambling into the gazebo. Vance and Cable were getting the grills heated in preparation for serving - they also came into the gazebo. Pierce grabbed the TV remote and cranked up the volume. Marty took the first pitch low and outside for ball one.
“Where were you guys?” Drake asked Trajan.
“I don’t know where they were but from the looks of those boners, I know what they were doing,” Chase said with a laugh. Levi blushed with embarrassment - Trajan just grinned.
Marty took the second pitch for a borderline called strike to even the count up at one and one. He turned and exchanged a few words with the plate ump.
“You tell him, Marty,” Eddie fumed. “That fucker was a foot outside.”
The next pitch was just outside, and Marty took it for ball two. “Good eye, Marty!!” John hollered. Pierce grabbed the remote and cranked the volume even more. Trajan and Levi realized they were tightly holding hands.
Marty stepped out of the batter’s box briefly and the TV camera caught a closeup of his face and eyes.
“Damn, he’s a looker,” Walker murmured. Marty took a couple of quick practice swings and got back into the batter’s box.
The next pitch settled beautifully into Marty’s wheelhouse. The crack of the bat told the story. The Dodger pitcher didn’t even look - he knew the ball wasn’t coming back. The announcer screamed, “It’s a monster drive to left!! It’s going, it’s going….Get out the rye bread and mustard Grandma, it’s GRAND SALAMI TIME!!!” The television picture followed the ball into the third deck on the left field side.
It was a tossup as to where the cheering and screaming was loudest - T-Mobile Park or Walker’s gazebo. The boys were jumping and cheering and high-fiving as Drake kissed Pierce, Chase kissed Dillon, Nathan kissed John, Trajan kissed Levi and Curt kissed Eddie. Marty’s teammates met him at the plate with hugs and high-fives. Mariners 9, Dodgers 5.
“Holy shit, he hit the fucker into the third deck!!” John screamed. John Keene was usually a fairly soft-spoken boy but the excitement got the better of him.
“I think that calls for EATS!!” Vance shouted. “Come on, Cable, let’s man those grills!” Vance’s idea resulted in shouts of approval from ten starving teenagers.
The TV coverage replayed Marty’s homer several times as well as showing him in the dugout being hugged and fist-bumped by his teammates. It was a time of great happiness and pride for him. The Dodgers still had three outs in the top of the ninth but unless they got a serious rally going, Marty’s grand salami was as good as a walk-off.
While Cable grilled the first batch of hamburgers, Vance went into the kitchen to get the baked beans, macaroni salad, and potato salad. After putting the buns, mustard, ketchup, pickles, onions and other condiments out on the counter, he rang the dinner bell.
“Chow time!” he hollered. The boys grabbed plates and utensils and served themselves. Troy, Keegan, and Walker had told Vance what they wanted and Vance prepared plates of food for each of them along with food for himself and Cable.
Nathan, John, Trajan, and Levi sat at the large table on the patio while the rest of the boys sat at the table in the gazebo to watch the end of the game. After the game was over, they came and sat at the patio table as well. A plate filled with delicious food was in front of each of them.
“Was the final nine-five?” Trajan asked.
“Sure was,” Curt said. “Beautiful win.”
“I Googled it,” Eddie said. “There’s only been one or two other guys hit a ball up into that third deck.”
“He creamed that ball!” John said around a mouthful of hamburger.
“Marty’s an awesome hitter,” Pierce said. “If you make a mistake to him he’ll put it in the seats for you.”
Trajan then spoke up. “I’m not sure if all you guys know that my family is moving to Seattle from East Harbor.” The boys sitting around the table all nodded—the word had gotten around. Trajan grasped Levi’s hand. “Levi and I got together yesterday, and I told him I’d be moving to Seattle. We’ve spent a lot of time together both alone and with our lacrosse teammates and we’ve gotten to be very close friends. Levi said he loves me and asked me to be his boyfriend. I said I love him too and I wanted to be his boyfriend. So, we just want you guys to know we’re boyfriends.” Trajan kissed Levi tenderly. The boys around the table applauded and offered congratulations.
“Congrats, guys,” Drake said. “You dudes are beautiful - we love you bunches.” Fist bumps were exchanged among all the boys around the table.
“We love you guys, too,” Levi said. “I’m beyond happy.”
“You’ve got an awesome broccoli hairstyle,” Drake complimented Levi. “There’s a dude at the deli where I work that actually goes to the trouble of getting his hair permed so he can wear a broccoli. But you got the natural curls for a perfect broccoli. It really looks great.”
“Thanks, Drake,” Levi said, his brown eyes glowing. “Even my mom says it looks okay.” Levi smiled. “Not great - just okay.” Having a big sixteen-year-old stud like Drake compliment him, a boy who turned thirteen less than a month ago, made Levi’s day. For his part, Drake thought Levi was one of the cutest thirteen-year-olds he had ever met, and the fire red curls piled on top of his head was like a cherry on top of an ice cream soda.
A few more general congratulations were exchanged before the ten boys remembered they were hungry teenagers and there was food in front of them. Eating resumed.
“Hey, guys,” Vance hollered. “We got Drumsticks for dessert up here at the counter if you want one.” Chase and Trajan each went up to the counter and got five Drumsticks each. Dessert was served.

As the boys finished their meals, Cable turned on his speaker system. “This first CD is a mix of old and new songs,” he said. “There’s ten CD’s in here - I’ll just let the machine keep playing.”
The first song to play was Queen’s “Crazy Little Thing Called Love”. Drake and Pierce jumped to their feet and put on a show of naked rock and roll dancing (complete with swinging cocks and balls) that left their friends applauding with amazement.
“Holy shit, where did you dudes learn to dance like that?” Chase raved.
“That was sick!”
“The Swing Dance Club at my school,” Pierce said. “I invited Drake to join me there one night and the rest is history. We go to meetings of the club together all the time.”
”It’s really incredible fun,” Drake said. “We’ve learned all kinds of dance steps.”
The next song was Lady Gaga’s classic “Poker Face” - it got Chase and Dillon to dancing along with Drake and Pierce. But when “OMG” by Candelita played, none of the boys could resist dancing. The song’s infectious melody and catchy “Oh My God” chant was irresistible to them.

The five adults sat at the patio table on the upper deck enjoying their meals.
“You can’t beat a classic American hamburger,” Troy commented. “This is delicious.”
“I’d forgotten how good a Chicago hot dog is,” Keegan said.
“I hope you brought enough,” Walker said to Vance with a laugh. “You’re feeding teenage boys.”
“I think having the boneless chicken appetizers available might have knocked the edge off their appetite,” Vance said. “They sure went through them in nothing flat.”
“I heard Chase say something interesting a few days ago,” Troy said. “He said that he and Dillon envy Drake and Pierce about the way their relationship seems so perfect. He mentioned that they can give each other shit and stuff all the time but it’s all in fun. He said it seems like in the end they are really good friends and really do love each other.”
“Well, ‘perfect’ is a pretty strong word,” Walker said. “But they really do love each other. Pierce often talks about how proud he is of Drake and how much it means to be with him. I’d say if their relationship serves as a model for Chase and Dillon, go for it.”
“That’s interesting,” Keegan said. “Because Drake says the same thing. He is endlessly proud of what Pierce has done with his life and wants to help him any way he can. Natalie and I talk now and then about whether we should expect a pair of husbands sometime in the future.”
As they were talking, Walker’s phone chimed. He was amazed to see it was a text from Marty that read "Word on the street is there's an event happening at your place - do you mind if Rich and I drop by for a quick visit?" Walker showed the text to Troy, Keegan, Vance, and Cable.
“Holy crap,” Keegan said quietly. “The boys would shit a brick. What are you going to tell him?”
“I’m going to tell him he’s welcome and that his visit will be kept a surprise to the boys,” Walker said quietly. “Let’s keep it quiet. I’m going to go inside and call him. There’s too much info to text.”
Walker got up and went into the kitchen where he called Marty. He told him his address and to just come in the front door and that he would be there to meet them. Marty thanked Walker and said he and Rich would arrive in about fifteen minutes and would text when they were at the door. As part of the conversation, Walker found out that Marty learned of the event from Wade Whalen who was told by his brother Tim who found out about it when he talked with Walker and Drake and Pierce at the Mariners game two weeks prior. He also told Marty that there were ten skinny-dippers at the party. Marty replied that he and Rich had seen naked boys before. Walker came back out on the deck. “It’s all arranged,” he said with a wink.
Not realizing that they were on the verge of being part of an incredible surprise, Drake and Pierce came up on the upper deck. They both wanted to thank Walker for having the party and that everyone was having an awesome time.
“So, are you guys up here perving over all the naked young beauty out there in the yard?” Drake asked with a smirk. “Or are you concentrating your looks on me.”
“Believe it or not, Drake,” Keegan said, “it’s not all about you.”
Just then, Walker’s phone chimed - the indication that Marty and Rich were at the front door. Walker went into the house and welcomed them with whispered enthusiasm.
“Do all these boys play baseball?” Marty asked.
“Drake is into running,” Walker replied. “Trajan and Levi are lacrosse players. Levi is the cute ginger with the red curls. He just turned thirteen. All the rest are big time baseball guys.” Walker showed Marty and Rich out onto the deck.)
“Marty!!” Pierce screamed. “Oh my God! I don’t believe this!! Guys!! Marty’s here!! Marty’s here!!”
“Damn, Pooka - pipe down,” Drake said. “You want the whole neighborhood to know?”
The rest of the boys came thundering up the steps to the upper deck to meet and greet their hero. The fact that they all were naked, with two or three semi-stiffies in evidence, was the least of their worries.
Troy and Keegan could recall having seen Marty in casual clothing at various events over the years in Mayfield, particularly those having to do with the promotion of baseball in the town. Everyone else had only seen him in his Mariner uniform. Marty Carlson was 24 years old now and the sight of him in snug white shorts and a bright yellow mesh tank top caused the teenagers’ jaws to drop. At 6’3” and 210 muscular fat-free pounds, Marty was a beautiful man and, as a professional athlete, he naturally had every piece of fitness equipment available in the gym and weight room to help him stay fit.
Marty willingly and happily exchanged fist bumps, high fives, and tight hugs with all ten boys amid constant chattering and thank-yous to him for visiting and congratulations about his grand slam. Each boy introduced himself as part of the hug. They were utterly beside themselves with excitement and Marty was loving every minute of it.
As was often the case, Rich stayed in the background and let Marty enjoy the rapport with his fans. Marty was in his element doing that and Rich was not about to interfere.
“Hey Troy. Hey Keegan,” Rich said. “Great to see you again.” Vance introduced himself and Cable to Rich - the men exchanged handshakes. “My goodness, the scenery around here is spectacular,” Rich commented with a huge grin.
Little by little, the level of teenage excitement settled down, but all the boys stayed on the upper deck. They wanted to hear anything and everything that Marty had to say and to stay near him.
“Holy shit, Walker, this yard is beautiful,” Marty exclaimed as he and Walker shared a hug.
“Thanks, Marty,” Walker said directing his remarks to both Marty and Rich. “Great to see you - have a seat and make yourselves at home. I’ve lost track of who’s been introduced to whom. You know Troy and Keegan, of course. These are my caterers, Vance and Cable. And then there’s this bunch of teenage skinny-dippers that I think you’ve already met.”
As if on command, all ten boys raised their fists into the air and hollered, “Magnolia Madness.”
“We were all watching you on TV,” Nathan babbled. “Dude, that ball was launched!”
Marty gave Nathan a big smile. “Yup, he laid it right into my wheelhouse. I saw the pitch all the way. You get one like that maybe once a year, no matter what level of ball you’re playing.”
“What did you say to the plate ump?” Eddie asked. “That called strike was a foot outside!”
“Well, maybe not a foot but it was outside,” Marty said. “I just said ‘That was kind of a pitcher friendly call’ or something like that and he just said ‘Yup - it was a strike’. That was pretty much it. We both knew he missed the call.”
Marty sat down next to his husband and kissed him. “Rich, when we build a house, the first thing on the list has to be an entertainment area like this.”
“Yeah - complete with ten skinny-dippers like this,” Rich said. His remark drew a laugh from everyone.
“I was coming to that,” Marty chuckled.
“We’ll all volunteer!” Chase said excitedly. The boys all laughed and bumped fists.
“So did you design all this yourself?” Rich asked Walker.
“Well, no - some of it was here,” Walker admitted. “The previous owners installed the pool and this deck. I had a hammock and a grill and some outdoor furniture out here. But I did get a lot of help designing the lower level from some friends of yours. You guys know Mike and Ryan Boyer, right?”
“Do we know them?” Rich said with a huge smile. “We love them. We go way back to our middle school days with the Donkey and the Dawg. Fond memories.”
“That’s for sure,” Marty agreed. “And we don’t see them anywhere near as often as we should, either,” he added ruefully.
“Ryan is the lead computer programmer at my company,” Walker said. “I invited him and Mike for dinner one night about a year ago - that was before I adopted Pierce. We were sitting out here relaxing after eating and Ryan looked around and said, “You know, Walker, you’re not using this space as well as you could.” We just started batting around ideas and what you see is what we came up with.”
“That sounds like Ryan the Dawg,” Marty said with a grin. “He does have a designer’s eye - and he’s one hell of a cook, too.”
“That’s for sure. Ryan told me his dictum on remodeling and design ideas is ‘Go all the way - then back off.’ He had me going to Italy to get a wood-fired pizza oven.”
“That also sounds like Ryan,” Rich laughed.
Walker nodded. “He and Mike kept suggesting one great idea after another and then I got on a roll and things started to fall into place. I did have to reduce the scale of some of the changes we talked about to fit the available space and budget. And, as you guys are well aware, the Seattle weather isn’t always conducive to outdoor entertaining, so things have to be waterproof. But in the end, it all turned out beautifully - and the outdoor kitchen really does help it be a great place to entertain.”
The boys had been listening semi-attentively to Walker explain how his backyard evolved. About half of them were sitting at the patio table - the rest were just standing around (still naked). Marty saw an opportunity for conversation and he grabbed it.
“So, tell me something about the sports you guys are involved in,” Marty said invitingly. “Like what sports, what teams, and all that. I know Drake is a runner and biker. You’re on the track team, right?”
“Sure am,” Drake said. “Lake Washington High.”
“Marty’s off and running,” Rich whispered to Troy and Keegan. “This could go on all night.”
Marty knew his question would start a discussion that could last virtually forever. The boys who were not sitting at the table found a chair and gathered around. For all of them, it was a mesmerizing opportunity to just sit and hang out and shoot the shit about sports, mostly baseball, with someone they admired endlessly. For Marty, it was a chance to connect with young people, hear what they had to say, and tell stories about his baseball career. At one point, Marty intentionally steered the conversation toward lacrosse, which thrilled Trajan and Levi and gave them a chance to talk up their sport.
After about an hour, Marty glanced at his husband. Rich didn’t have to say a word - just the look on his face said, “Honey, we gotta wrap this up - we’re due at dinner.”
Marty stood up and said, “Guys, Rich and I need to get going. We’ve got a dinner date.” Marty directed his explanation to the adults. “George and Lois Bednarczyk are old friends and were very important to me in my youth. They were at the game today and will be there tomorrow. They’re staying the weekend at one of the downtown hotels and they invited us to have dinner with them tonight.”
“Marty, this was unreal,” Pierce said as he stood up. “Thanks for coming by.” He shared a tight hug with Marty - it was all Marty could do to avoid gently fondling Pierce’s semi-hard penis. He could feel his own cock stirring.
One by one, the rest of the boys shared a hug with Marty and thanked him. Marty and Rich shook hands with Vance, Cable, Troy, and Keegan and bid them goodnight.
Walker accompanied Marty and Rich through the house and to the front door. He shared hugs and handshakes with both men.
“Thanks, Marty,” Walker said sincerely. “You thrilled ten teenage boys beyond their wildest expectations. Just sitting and talking sports with them was something they will never, ever forget. Good luck in tomorrow’s game.”
“It was my pleasure,” Marty said. “Most of all, it was fun. I love talking with kids like that.” Marty grinned broadly. “Even if they were naked. Have a good night.”
Marty and Rich walked to Marty’s RAV4 and offered a final wave before they climbed in and were gone.
“You were great with those boys,” Rich said to Marty as they headed downtown.
“They were great boys. Hell, they all played sports, and all but three played baseball. That makes them pretty easy to deal with.”
“And you managed to keep your cock in your pants.”
“And that was not easy,” Marty chuckled. “Hell, that hug from Pierce was almost erotic.”
“You covered it up well,” Rich said drolly. He and Marty exchanged a quick kiss.
6:30pm
While Walker was bidding goodnight to Marty and Rich, all the boys except Drake and Pierce decided to spend a little more time chatting and relaxing in the hot tub. Walker returned to the deck with a huge smile and sat down at the table.
“Was that awesome or what?” he asked. “Not many people can have a big league baseball player stop by at an afternoon party where all the guests are naked.”
“So come clean, dad,” Pierce said. “Did you arrange that with Marty ahead of time?”
“I did not,” Walker said. “Swear to God - I did not. He said he found out about the event from Wade Whalen who found out about it from his brother Tim who we saw a couple weeks ago when we went to the game. Marty said Wade told him to text me about it - he said the worst I could say was no.”
“Did you tell Marty we were all naked?” Pierce asked.
“Yes, and he said he’s seen guys naked before.”
“What we really needed was for Marty to get naked,” Drake said with an evil grin.
Troy shook his head emphatically. “Not in a million years,” he chuckled.
“Hey, Troy,” Drake said. “Do you know what kind of clothes a good lawyer always wears in court?”
Pierce immediately smiled and shook his head with a here-we-go-again look on his face. He’d heard many of his boyfriend’s riddles before. “You might as well play along with him, Troy.”
“Um, let’s see,” Troy said thoughtfully. “A good law suit?”
Drake got a look of defeat on his face while Pierce and Troy exchanged high-fives. “Drake, all good lawyers have heard that one,” Troy said with a chuckle. “Do you know why I named my dog Rolex?”
“Because he’s a watch dog,” Drake said with a laugh. “I’ve heard that one before.”
Pierce couldn’t resist joining the riddle-fest. “What do you call a boomerang that doesn’t come back?”
“I give,” Drake said with a smile.
“A stick.”
“I named my horse ‘Mayo’,” Walker said. “Every now and then Mayo neighs.”
Drake couldn’t help laughing. “Okay, that’s enough of the riddles - let’s move on.”
“Speaking of moving on,” Vance said. “Cable and I need to be moving on. We’ve got another party to cater tomorrow, and we need to get some prep work done.”
“Thanks a million, guys,” Walker said as he stood up and shook hands with the caterers. “Fantastic food as always. Thanks for bringing the dart machine and the music.”
Walker opened the gate so Vance and Cable could take the dart machine and the rest of their equipment to the truck. The boys thanked them for everything.
“I gotta be going pretty soon,” John said. “It’s going to be dark soon and my mom doesn’t want me riding my bike at night.”
“Doesn’t it have lights on it?” Curt asked.
John nodded. “Yeah, but you know how moms are.”
“We know for sure,” Curt said.
“This has been an awesome party,” John said. “I’ve had an unreal time. And meeting and talking with Marty was beyond what I ever expected. You guys are really awesome.”
“We gotta go thank Pierce and Drake and Walker,” Eddie said. “They know how to put together a party.”
“They said they learned a lot from you because of the way you helped put together the Blowout back in May.”
“Thanks, bro,” Eddie said. “It was teamwork, for sure.”
Chase, Dillon, Eddie, Curt, Trajan, Levi, Nathan, and John went into the shower room, put on their swim briefs and Mariner caps, and went up to the upper deck.
“You guys ready to roll?” Troy asked.
“Yup,” Chase said. “We’re pretty partied out. Thanks, Walker. This was awesome.”
“It was my pleasure,” walker said. “We’ll do it again sometime.”
The boys all shared hugs and kisses with Drake and Pierce as they got ready to leave. When Trajan and Levi hugged and kissed Drake and Pierce there was a special feeling - it was as though Trajan and Levi were now part of a special group.
Walker, Pierce, and Drake stood on the porch and watched Troy and Keegan, and the eight boys climb into the van, wave goodbye and holler thanks again, and they drove away.
Walker and Drake and Pierce sat on the porch for a little while. “Thanks again, dad,” Pierce said. “That was a beautiful time.”
“It was good to see Trajan and Levi so happy and so proud to be together,” Drake said.
Pierce nodded in agreement. “Did you see the way Levi looked at you when you complimented him on his hair? You made his day when you said that.”
“And I was being totally honest,” Drake said. “With the natural curls he’s got, it looks perfect.”
“I got you figured,” Pierce said with a wink. “You think Levi is just cute as hell.”
“You know me so well,” Drake sighed.
“Okay - you want to play a game of Scrabble?” Walker asked. “I’ll take you guys on.”
“You got a deal, dad,” Drake said. “Let’s have at it.”
An hour and a half later, the game ended when all the tiles had been drawn, the word “SIDE” had been formed earlier on the board, and Pierce’s rack contained the letters A, L, R and E. He added them to the word SIDE forming the word SIDEREAL.
After an hour of watching SportsCenter on ESPN (and three replays of Marty’s grand slam), the boys were ready to call it a day. They bid Walker goodnight and headed upstairs. After brushing and flossing, they went into Pierce’s room, stripped naked, and shared a tight hug and kiss.
“All that sun and swimming and eating and dancing has left me a tired duck,” Drake said.
“And I’m a pooped Pooka,” Pierce said with a smile.
“Those Drumstick ice cream cones were great,” Drake said. “I hadn’t had one of them in ages.”
“Same here.”
They climbed into bed enjoying the smell of the freshly washed sheets. They got into their classic fall-asleep position with Pierce spooned into Drake. His back was against Drake’s chest, his ass pressed against Drake’s groin, and Drake’s arm over his body.
After whispering “I love you” to each other, they were asleep in no time.
